Natural Laxitives

Since becoming pregnant I had to give up my beloved lax pills & lax tea. Since then I’ve been researching natural laxatives. My doc has also recommend some of these too that are safe for the baby.

1.Cherries *My new fav. They work extremely fast too! (faster then lax pills!)

2.Cabbage *yummy, yet leaves you bloated & gasses.. don’t eat too much!

3.Prune Juice or Prunes *its effective, yet fucking disgusting and looks like poop water! 

4. Apples

5.Berries (strawberries, cherries, cranberries, blackberries)

6. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

7. Aloe Vera Juice *can be bought at health stores and even walmart.

8. Cayenne Pepper *my fav. I put it on almost everything I eat!

9. Broccoli

10. Leafy Green Vegetables

11. organic raw unprocessed extra virgin coconut oil

12. Plenty of Waterwater is one of the best natural laxative! Drink 8 glasses of purified water a day, NOT tap water! Water is vital to your body, makes up approximately 80 percent of your body weight, and helps moisten the intestines, regulating bowel flow.
